3 Signs That Coaching is Right For You
You might be wondering what exactly coaching is? Is it like counselling? Or more consulting? Is it mentoring or is it just a lovely chat?
All coaches are different. The coaching that I’ve been trained on however is different to all of the above. It’s a specific style and technique accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and, it works.
I combine this training with my 10 years of experience and qualifications in psychology and business taking more of a ‘Guide at your Side’ approach.

What I won’t do…
I won’t tell you what to do. You are the expert of your own life. I assume you are capable and have the capacity to own your decisions. Only you will know what feels right for you.
What I will do…
I will guide you, encourage you, and be your biggest cheerleader. Yet I won’t hold back if I think you need a push and promise to hold you accountable when you need it. I will challenge you with questions designed to open your mind and help you access your thinking in different ways.
All of this is to ensure you move forward, grow and take the next step that feels right for you.
If this approach appeals to you, then I’d invite you to reflect on these three questions.
Is Coaching for you?
1. When you get home from work, are you excited to talk about your day? Or are you reaching for the bottle before anyone asks the dreaded “how was work?” question?
2. At the end of each day, do you feel drained and a little empty or, while tired, still slightly buzzed from the day?
3. If money wasn’t an issue, would you still love to do what you do, every day? Or does the thought of doing it for even the next 10 years scare the pants off you?
We spend more than 80% of our lives at work. 80 percent. We might as well spend that time on something we absolutely love.
If you know there is something more awesome out there that you could be doing and you’re sick of dodging the ‘how-work-was’ question, then coaching is definitely for you. Find out more about how it works here.
We all have the right to love what we do. Its no longer just for those “special” people. These days it is easier than you think to take charge of your career and life.
If you’re sick of living for the weekend, let’s create a career and life that makes you spring out of bed each day. I can’t wait to show you how.
